SAPULPA, Okla. — Ascension St. John Sapulpa has opened a new wound care clinic.
Ascension St. John Sapulpa’s Wound Care Clinic provides several types of treatments including compression therapy, epidermal autografting, as well as infection management and prevention, the clinic announced. The clinic said the care treatment is provided in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
“Our clinic will be instrumental in providing specialized wound care to the residents of Sapulpa as well as surrounding rural communities,” said Tammy Joplin, primary provider at the Wound Care Clinic. “Wound care patients receive a caring medical team, specialty-trained in chronic wound care, a plan of care created specifically for their wound and healing progress, and advanced wound care treatments that can help wounds heal faster.”
The clinic will host a grand opening on June 30th. Ascension St. John Sapulpa Hospital is located at 1004 East Bryan Avenue.
