Arrest made in Broken Arrow road rage incident

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. — Broken Arrow police say Miguel Hernandez was arrested for a Sunday road rage incident near Highway 51 and Aspen.

Hernandez faces charges for Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Assault With a Deadly Weapon and Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony. BAPD says he will be booked into the Tulsa County Jail.

Officers say just after noon Sunday two drivers stopped on Highway 51. They say they got into a fight and during that time Hernandez pulled out a gun and used his vehicle to run over the other driver.

Broken Arrow police say Hernandez drove off was found later and arrested. The victim was taken to the hospital with life threatening injuries.
