Travel back to the 16th century at the Castle of Muskogee during the annual Oklahoma Renaissance Festival, one of Green Country’s most unique and immersive spring traditions.

Held weekends from late April through the end of May, the festival transforms the castle grounds into the village of Castleton, where guests can experience the sights, sounds, and excitement of Renaissance-era England.

Visitors can watch armored knights clash in jousting tournaments, explore a marketplace filled with artisans and handcrafted goods, and enjoy live entertainment throughout the day.

Families and festival-goers of all ages can take part in interactive activities like the Royal Quest, costume contests, and themed weekends. Food vendors and taverns offer a variety of festival favorites to round out the experience.

Whether you come dressed in costume or just ready for a fun day out, the Oklahoma Renaissance Festival offers a memorable mix of history, fantasy, and adventure right here in Green Country.
